MMC is a Facilities and Estate Management establishment, committed to give hands on management approach to ensure a harmonious and vibrant community of Mingalar Mandalay. We will manage the Estate with our very own in-house Facilities Management and Property Management Teams, which also comprises of Security Guards and Housekeeping Staff. MMC has also heavily invested in machinery and equipment, a commitment by MMC to ensure productivity in the work force as well as delivering consistent quality services.

MMC will have a 24 by 7 Call Centre to serve all Property Owners on issues which they may encounter. MMC will also provide staff attendance to attend to issues of Electrical Power and Water Supply breakdowns.
